This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Leasing Manager.

We are looking for a strong leader to own and lead the leasing strategy, ensuring occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals are achieved. The Leasing Manager will inspire cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day leasing operations, making sure all activities are delivered to a high standard.

As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing to new residents, provide resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and secure timely renewals and referrals. You will bring energy and leadership to the team, driving performance and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the leasing team as a Leasing Manager.
  • Own and deliver the leasing strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Motivate and coach the team to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Manage daily leasing operations including new resident onboarding, renewals, and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and leasing requirements.
  • Generate sales leads, conduct presentations, qualify prospects, and close leases.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

About You

  • Experience within BTR, property, hospitality, or leisure in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the leasing process, legislation, and requirements.
  • A natural leader with proven ability to inspire and coach teams.
  • Passionate about customer service and delivering excellence.
  • Skilled in sales techniques including lead generation, presentations, and closing.
  • Highly organised, able to multi-task, and solutions-focused.
  • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
