About the Role

Senior Community Host

This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team as a Senior Community Host.

We are looking for a Senior Community Host who can support the delivery of outstanding customer service to our residents. Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritise, multi-task, think creatively, take initiative and ownership, and employ a diverse set of interpersonal and organisational skills. As a Senior Community Host, you will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and ensure every resident feels welcome and appreciated.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take a lead role in front-of-house duties as a Senior Community Host.
  • Support the wider community team in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Handle resident enquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain a smart, clean, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
  • Build strong relationships with both new and long-term residents.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and follow company policies with integrity.

About You

  • Proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
  • Proficient in executing exceptional customer service in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (training provided).
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, efficient, and professional with a positive approach.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
