The Role

Native Residential Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Reporting Accountant to join our dynamic team.

This is a pivotal role responsible for producing accurate and timely financial reports for our large institutional investors while building strong client relationships and driving reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports including:
    • Profit & Loss statements
    • Balance sheets
    • Cash flow projections
    • Variance analysis
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies and potential risks
  • Ensure adherence to UK GAAP, IFRS and regulatory requirements

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of financial performance
  • Proactively identify client needs and exceed expectations
  • Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner

Audit & Compliance

  • Manage audit queries and provide supporting documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practice

Process Improvement

  • Continuously review and improve reporting processes
  • Identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure seamless reporting integration

About You

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role (property industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
