This is an exciting opportunity to join our operational team at Station Hill, Reading as an Operations Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is an integral member of the Station Hill team working alongside technical services, placemaking and events and guest services. You will work closely with service partner teams to ensure the building and all workspaces are clean, healthy, safe, secure and premium spaces to work in.

The Operations Manager leads by example, setting the standard for exceptional customer experiences by creating productive and enjoyable environments for our service providers to ensure a proactive and responsive service is provided to our occupiers, the client and visitors to the building.

If you’re ready to be our next Native, you’ll probably:

  • Have a minimum 5 years industry experience, operating at similar level of responsibility and within mixed use or commercial office developments.
  • Hold a IOSH qualification.
  • Hold membership of IWFM or other recognised professional body.
  • Be familiar with operating CAFM systems and Occupier Portals.
  • Have a strong understanding and working knowledge of the RICS Code of Practice for Service Charges in Commercial Properties.
  • Have knowledge or experience with building accreditations such as WELL, BREAAM, WiredScore, SmartScore, AcitveScore, AirRated.
  • Be a collaborative leader, and possess strong leadership qualities to ensure that people follow your lead/ and buy into your vision.
  • Be organised with a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information highly confidential at all times.
