This is an exciting opportunity to join the operational team at Station Hill as a Guest Experience Host.

Our team are at the heart of the development, we are looking to recruit a dynamic Guest Experience Host to take ownership of ensuring our state-of-the-art and beautifully presented building develops a reputation for being a trailblazer for truly exceptional guest experience and service excellence.

This role is a career defining opportunity for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate rapport with all guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and memorable experiences – the ability to take ownership is key to your success.

Using our hospitality and BTR background we are building a new breed of estate management, a service that is built from the ground up to focus on visitor experience, community and placemaking. Our reputation for operating large scale mixed use estates, with a focus on placemaking has earnt us the 2022 Property Week Placemaking award. We believe focussing on the end user drives real value for our clients. Having successfully mobilised the BTR component, we are now turning to Station Hill, one of our most exciting and largest schemes.

Comprising of 600 BTR apartments, 275,000sqft of Grade A multi let offices (phase 1) with future expansion of a further 325,000sqft (phase 2) as well as over 2 acres of high-quality public realm – Station Hill is transformational. (https://www.stationhill.co.uk/).

This role will offer a wealth of different duties. In the front of house, you will let your positivity shine through as you foster genuine relationships with the occupies, employees and guests. You will be there to answer all queries with confidence whether it be in person, over the phone or via email.

 

Behind the scenes, you will utilise your excellent coordination skills as you undertake a plethora of facilities and administrative duties to support the One Station Hill team.

To be successful you will need strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask and have keen attention to detail. The wider One Station Hill team are friendly, positive and helpful individuals and we are looking for a person with a similar mindset. A bubbly and energetic person with the desire to consistently deliver exceptional service as part of an amazing team will fit in perfectly!

You will need to be a highly motivated person and be able to take initiative, especially whilst working under pressure. Your proactive and positive nature will allow you to develop meaningful relationships and you will be able to engage in conversation with absolutely everyone.

First impressions are lasting impressions and the role of Guest Experience Host is fundamental in creating a superb first impression to our prospective office tenants and retaining this impression throughout their time at One Station Hill.  You will be central to creating and demonstrating the One Station Hill values in every interaction with our occupiers, their employees, our leasing agents and all guests to the building.

If you’re ready to be our next Native, you’ll probably

  • Preferably have previous team leadership experience in front-of-house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment
  • Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do
  • Be adaptable and flexible, creative and proactive, organised and detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude – have an ambition to grow
  • Have excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Be computer literate, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Inspire, engage and guide the team towards the achievement of service excellence
