The Blossoms is Croydon’s newest BTR scheme that Native are excited to be opening this Summer and the opportunity to be part of the team is now open for an experienced Community Host to join our day team to start beginning of September. 

Adjacent to East Croydon station which has with direct links to Victoria and London Bridge, you can be in and out of work into central London in just 15 minutes, 

The Development is made up of 338 apartments divided in to 2 towers, pet friendly with wonderful communal spaces such as garden terraces, co-working areas, lounge, gym, bike storage and a playground area. 

Outside The Blossoms, and just around the corner from us is the BoxPark, which on top of being surrounded by mouthwatering eateries, will make finding a place to eat, drink or chill an easy task. Not to mention all the retail shops on the nearby high street making this neck of the woods one of London’s up and coming vibrant spots.

The Community Host role will be based on site, where each day will be different! We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a can-do attitude, with the maturity to adapt in fast-changing situations, who can build rapport with residents, deliver great customer service, and achieve high retention levels.

If you are ready to be our next Native team member we are looking for: 
•    Natural multitasker who enjoys taking ownership of responsibilities, think creatively in finding ways to resolve problems whilst delivering consistent quality customer service.  
•    Experience in being the first point of contact for resident enquiries (including raising maintenance issues) with a positive attitude.
•    Experience in residential services such as property management is desirable.
•    Understanding of residential rules and regulations, deposits, and residents’ rights in order to manage a smooth-running operation.
•    Practice in lettings or supporting lettings such as uploading adverts into Right Move, handling applicants, conducting tours and agreeing offers for available properties.
•    Knowledge of CRM systems within the residential setting will be advantageous. 
•    Understanding of Inventories, midterm and check out inspections or Hive experience is desirable but not necessary as training will be provided.
•    Efficient and organised Individual comfortable running regular resident events and happy getting involved with the Blossoms social media content further strengthening a sense of community at the Blossoms. 
•    Must have excellent written and spoken English as well as reasonable IT skills, including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
