The building is made up of 338 apartments, wonderful communal spaces where the heart and soul of the building comes alive and, of course, the best site team that are always ready and rearing to deliver world class customer service.

The Blossoms is next door to East Croydon station making commuting easy. You can be in central London in 15 minutes with direct links to Victoria and London Bridge stations. It is surrounded by mouthwatering eateries, paying particular focus to BoxPark and is in one of London’s up and coming vibrant spots.

Native are responsible for the delivery, lease up and continued management of The Blossoms.

Right now, we’re on a quest to find an exceptional Community Manager to join our busy Build To Rent team.
The Community Manager role carries responsibility for building & maintaining the reputation and brand of the buildings in the local communities. Driving the revenue to achieve, if not exceed annual revenue targets, managing operational costs in line with agreed budgets and all whilst achieving the highest possible resident approval ratings for service, responsiveness, community spirit and cleanliness, maintaining the quality of the asset to the highest standards and complying with Health & Safety legislation to ensure the safety of residents and staff at all times.
You will be highly commercial, have experience of mobilising new properties and constantly looking for opportunities to drive revenue. You will have a proven appreciation of what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service, having worked to a senior level within the hospitality or housing industry, with the energy and interpersonal skills needed to create a thriving residential community by building relationships and hosting community events. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, always maintaining the asset to the highest quality and will have proven leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading a highly motivated team with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably:
- Be highly commercial, constantly looking for opportunities to drive revenue
- Understand what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service
- Have managed and developed a team large team (10 or more) of highly motivation team of people
- Have comprehensive understanding of building management
- Worked to a senior level within the hospitality, student accommodation or housing industry for at least three years’
- Hold a MARLA qualification
- Be IT savvy, including knowledge of CRM systems
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be able to work to a flexible schedule, including shift work
