Description

Hello there,

If you're looking at our ad for Community Supervisor you’d probably like to work somewhere a little bit different.

At Native, we operate great long-term residential buildings all across UK. And we do it differently. We create spaces that reflect the history of the building and the spirit of the neighbourhood. We’re not corporate, we’re friendly and great to work with. Most importantly, we create soulful, original, community-led experiences, and we build them around people.

Right now, we are looking to find an exceptional Community Supervisor to join us at our Build to Rent property, The Almere in Milton Keynes.

This role carries primary responsibility for delivering a ‘best-in-class’ service to residents and visitors. Responsible to ensure the leasing and renewal targets of the asset are met in a proactive fashion. Your objective will be to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals and referrals.

You will be responsible for the development, engagement and motivation of the team, and lead the team to success in achieving its goals.

If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably have:

  • Minimum three years leasing experience.
  • A bright and clear communication style.
  • Well organised and confident, with a can-do approach.
  • Have exceptional experience in customer service, ideally in the build-to-rent sector.
  • Be proficient in executing sales skills such as lead generation through to leasing and closing.
  • Pride in what you do.
  • An ability to create positive relationships.

You’ll probably be someone who’s a pretty good fit for the way we do things. Someone who has:

  • Excellent relationship building skills, both with entirely new and long term residents.
  • Efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature.
  • Works exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contributes to an established open culture.
  • Ability to build positive and productive working relationships with colleagues within your property and across and Native.
  • Excellent communications skills, demonstrating the ability to liaise effectively & efficiently.

As well as being able to call yourself a ‘Native’ here’s some of the other great benefits of working with us;

  • Friends & Family discount on Native stays.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
  • Discounted Opticians Voucher
  • Private Healthcare Scheme
  • Life Assurance

If you’re as passionate as we are about people and beautiful buildings, we'd love to hear from you!
