Right now, we’re on a quest to find an exceptional Communal Cleaner to join our busy Build To Rent team at our property in the heart of Milton Keynes.
Every day is different. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the the communal areas, apartments and exterior parameters of the community are cleaned, well maintained and presented to the highest standards at all times. You will be passionate about what you do and have a great eye for detail, ensuring every resident and visitors’ expectations are exceeded.
If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably have:
· Experience of maintaining a high cleaning standard
· A good understanding of managing linen stock, chemicals and consumables. .
· A bright and clear communication style
· Exceptional experience of guest services, hospitality or property.
· Pride in what you do
· An ability to create positive relationships
· Great attention to detail
· An ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
