Right now, we’re on a quest to find an exceptional Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at Ducie Street Warehouse.
You will be key to maintaining the outstanding level of service within the kitchen department and demonstrating our philosophy of great style, great food and great value.
Every day is different. You will be responsible for ensuring that the preparation of the food is of a high standard, support the achievement of budget food gross profit, ensuring high standards of Health and Safety and service are met. You will understand the nature of the business requires a flexible schedule, which includes shifts during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- A passion for amazing food; constantly trying, tasting and creating new ideas.
- A love for the buzz in the kitchen during service and pride in the food you prepare and deliver.
- A desire to learn and develop yourself and those around you.
- Experience in a high volume kitchen that delivers consistently to standards of food quality and service.
