This is an exciting opportunity to join the operational team at Alma, a new flagship build to rent, office and retail space in the heart of Aldgate, Central London to deliver best in class customer service and community building. Alma will set the standard in a new concept of business class living, operated by a highly motivated team providing 5* service in every aspect of residents lives. The Alma team will look after the customers’ needs and provide an elite lifestyle with curated community events in our secure community in E1. This is a great opportunity to join a highly motivated and high achieving operational team at the peak of service delivery and management. 

Our customers will be used a first class service and we are building a fantastic community though our motivated and engaged service delivery team.

Right now, we are looking to find an exceptional Leasing Associate to join our Build To Rent team at our new property The Alma, in the heart of Aldgate, Central London. This is a fixed term role for 12 months.  

The Leasing Associate role executes the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

If you’re ready to be our next Native, you’ll probably

  • Have proven experience in administration, leasing, sales, or marketing that demonstrates customer service background.
  • Have demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment amenities, and answer questions regarding residency.
  • Be proficient in executing sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing.
  • Have proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances.
  • Possess exceptional IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system).
  • Have excellent relationship building skills, both with entirely new and long term residents and team members.
  • Be an efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature.
  • Be able to work exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contributes to an established open culture.
  • Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures.
