Right now, we’re on a quest to find an exceptional Head Bartender to join our front of house team at Ducie Street Warehouse.
You will be key to maintaining the outstanding level of service within the food and beverage department and demonstrating our philosophy of great style, great food and great value.
Every day is different. As the Head Bartender you will be responsible for controlling the resources, managing the process and cultivating the development of the bar team and shall have full responsibility of the department in the absence of the bar manager You will have great product knowledge, be able to effectively maximise sales and be fundamental to controlling the costs in the department. You will understand the nature of the business requires a flexible schedule, which includes shifts during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
