Right now, we are looking for an exceptional and innovative Operations Manager to join our team at Native Bankside.
Every day is different. You will be responsible for managing the full operations of the apart-hotel, ensuring the daily smooth running of the building. You will work with the team to develop and implement the operations strategy and implement the Native brand initiatives and service. You will promote team engagement and training, which focuses our services to meet and exceed our guests’ needs and expectations. You will report directly to the Regional General Manager
If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably have:
- Worked in a senior Operations level role with the hospitality industry for at least three years’.
- Understanding of what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service.
- A comprehensive understanding of building management.
- Great organisational skills
- A bright and clear communication style
- Pride in what you do
