We are a rapidly growing business and are expanding our portfolio throughout the UK. Right now, we are looking for an experience Senior IT Support Analyst for our Native Business Systems Team, based in Notting Hill, London.

Every day is different. You will drive operational efficiency across the Native portfolio through the provision of first class technology solutions for our teams, our customers and our guests. The balance of the tasks will vary depending on the needs of the business. The main responsibilities will be providing effective and responsive support, covering a wide range of internal and external business systems. You will provide ownership and first line support though our IT helpdesk, escalate issues to the wider project team when necessary and liaise with third party providers.

If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably:

  • Have a minimum of 1.5 years work experience in a relevant role within a help desk or customer service environment.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in delivering business requirements to a high standard.
  • Have an extensive knowledge of operating systems, networks, printing, telephony and connectivity services
  • Be proficient using PMS software and Microsoft products; including Azure, O365, SharePoint, Teams
  • Be an enthusiastic, reliable & confident individual with a desire to learn and excel.
  • Be a great communicator
  • Be forward thinking and excited about promoting new ideas.
