Hello there,

If you're looking at our ad for Community Host you’d probably like to spread your wings and do something a little bit different.

At NATIVE, we operate great long-term residential assets all across UK. And we do it differently. We craft spaces that reflect the history of the building and the spirit of the neighbourhood. We’re not corporate, we’re friendly and great to work with. Most importantly, we create soulful, original, community-led experiences which are built around people.

Right now, we are looking to find an exceptional Community Host to join our Build To Rent team at our property in Woking, known as The Marches.

Our Community Hosts are fundamental in creating a superb first and lasting impression of our community for all residents and visitors. You will be central to creating the “Native identity” at the finest quality residential asset in the Woking market.

Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritise, multi-task, think creatively, take initiative and ownership, and employ a diverse set of inter personal and organisational skills. You will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolves issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. It’s about first impressions, so you’ll take great pride in your presentation, and this will reflect in your front of house which you’ll keep clean, smart and welcoming at all times.

Your objective will be to achieve resident retention goals by performing all activities related to customer service to all residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease to ensure resident lease renewals and referrals. You will also be instrumental in handling enquiries, conducting leasing tours and leasing related paperwork.

You’ll probably be someone who’s a pretty good fit for the way we do things. Someone who has:

  • Excellent relationship building skills, both with entirely new and long term residents.
  • Efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature.
  • Works exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contributes to an established open culture.
  • Ability to build positive and productive working relationships with colleagues within your property and across and Native.
  • Excellent communications skills, demonstrating the ability to liaise effectively & efficiently.

As well as being able to call yourself a ‘Native’ here’s some of the other great benefits of working with us;

  • Friends & Family discount on Native stays.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
  • Discounted Opticians Voucher
  • Private Healthcare Scheme
  • Life Assurance

If you’re as passionate as we are about people and beautiful buildings, we'd love to hear from you!
