If you're looking at our ad for Leasing Professional you’d probably like to spread your wings and do something a little bit different.

Right now, we are on a quest to find an exceptional Leasing Professional to join our busy Build To Rent team on a 2.5 year fixed term contract. You will be executing the marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, in the exciting new Leeds development known as The Junction!

Every day is different. You will be responsible for all activities related to leasing; including greeting and qualifying prospective residents, conducting viewings, processing applications, preparing the lease and ensuring a smooth resident move in process. You will be passionate about exceptional service delivery and driving community engagement initiatives. Due to the nature of the business requires a flexible schedule, which includes shifts during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably:

· Be well organised and confident, with a can-do approach.

· Have exceptional experience in customer service, ideally in the build-to-rent sector or hospitality sector.

· Be an ARLA (level 3) member (preferable).

· Have experience in leasing, sales or marketing that demonstrates a customer service background.

· Be proficient in executing sales skills such as lead generation through to leasing and closing.

· Have the ability to work quickly and independently with great attention to detail.

· Be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build a lasting rapport with people.

· Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Be proficient in using online platforms for marketing, advertising and sales related circumstances.
